Sheltered Scheme

Hibiscus Housing Association is a black led social landlord providing supported accommodation for those who need support. Hibiscus House is purpose built and consists of 10 self-contained flat lets, in Yew Street, Graiseley.

Each flat let is fitted with a pull cord alarm to alert Care-link. There is a warden who lives on site for that added security and support.

The House is for elderly people over the age of 55 seeking companionship and neighbourly support. This communal residency is mainly, but not exclusively, for African-Caribbean men and women, who wish to retain some independence and have the security of knowing that help is available should it be needed.

The flat lets are let unfurnished, therefore residents can move their personal belongings into Hibiscus House (space is limited), all flat lets are carpeted with self contained shower/bath.
